A new lead comes in, gets enriched and lands in the CRM, and an alert is raised for the right person (in client builds this goes to your Slack or email; the demo records alerts to a log). Failed API calls retry automatically; anything that still fails goes down an error path and alerts a human instead of silently dropping the lead.
